Chuck Demas
Chuck has been a basketball skills trainer since 2005. With experience coaching teams and training individuals from 2003-2017, he helped guide over 125 players to play college basketball. Since moving on from coaching, he has studied biomechanics and human movement, and became certified as a movement specialist (GLS certified) in 2022. He also studied various forms of yoga, and is certified in hatha, vinyasa, yin and kundalini yoga.

Chuck believes in a holistic, 360-degree approach towards health and sports. He uses various techniques to help clients improve their movement patterns and overall sports-specific skills. The services he offers are many, including: movement training, performance training, basketball skills sessions, virtual training, slow-motion video assessment, breathwork/meditation sessions, and more.

Alex Demas
Alex is a multifaceted wellness professional blending the science of sport with the wisdom of holistic living. A 200-hour Yoga Teacher currently pursuing her Ayurvedic Practitioner Certification, Alexandria brings over 16 years of experience in athletics, yoga, and mind-body practices to her work as a group fitness instructor, run coach, and mobility trainer. She is a USTFCCCA Level I Certified Run Coach and former collegiate cross country and track coach, with a master’s degree in Sport Management and eight years in the sports business and marketing world.

A dual-sport collegiate athlete and Female Athlete of the Year at UC Merced, Alexandria competed in both volleyball and cross country. Today, she channels that foundation into helping others build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate sustainable wellness through movement and holistic nutrition.

Isaiah Deitz
A Division II college basketball player and Exercise Science major with a deep passion for athletic performance, movement efficiency, basketball, and endurance based events.

As a GOATA Level 1 Groundwork Certified Coach, he is trained in natural human movement principles that prioritize joint integrity, injury prevention, and efficient biomechanics.

His academic background, combined with competing at the collegiate level has given him firsthand experience in strength training, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention.

Isaiah is dedicated to helping clients develop sustainable habits for lifelong health and performance.
