Proving Grounds Training Trip

Proving Grounds is a unique, hybridized training and traveling experience. Half the trip is spent in nature: camping, training and hiking in designated wilderness locations. The other half of the excursion is spent around big metropolitan areas, with sports specific training emphasized. It is a community driven endeavor that help athletes learn to discover more of their personal wherewithal.
